This leadership program was founded to provide high school students in the Hills District the opportunity to cultivate their intellectual foundations and develop the skills necessary to become effective leaders in their careers and in their community.
The program consists of a set of monthly dinners where chosen students hear a number of business and community leaders tell their story, sharing their experiences and challenges that they have faced and importantly overcome on their journey to success.
The program is based around the theme of service and culminates with the students taking part in a New Guinea service project and trekking the Kokoda Track. This aims to teach the values of endurance and mateship.
